Oh My Darlin’ "Win a Bouquet Subscription” is open to legal residents of Canada located in Sooke or Langford, British Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time they enter the Promotion. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of the official rules and regulations as outlined below. Void where prohibited by law. Follow the on-screen entry instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes Entrant’s email address and agreement to the terms and conditions. No entry will be accepted for any Entrant that does not provide all the required information required on the entry form.
Although online access and an e-mail account must be used to participate in this contest, no purchase of any kind is required. Many public libraries, retail businesses and others offer free access to computers and several Internet service providers and other companies offer free e-mail accounts.

If the giveaway is cancelled, modified, suspended or terminated, which Oh My Darlin’ flowers and Finds reserves the right to do at its discretion if factors beyond its control make the contest unable to be administered as planned, notice will be posted on Oh My Darlin’ Instagram and Facebook accounts, and on the Giveaway landing page.
A gift certificate will be provided to the winner for One Seasonal Bouquet if drawn in the months October - March. No cash value. Cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
Prize does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Official Rules & Regulations, and all additional expenses including, without limitation, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Canadian Residents will not be taxed in respect of any prizes won. Only listed prizes will be awarded and no substitutions or cash equivalents or redemptions will be made. Winners agree to accept the prize “as is”, and entrants hereby acknowledges that Oh My Darlin’ has neither made nor is in any manner responsible for liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to prize, including express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with the prize. Prize travel is subject to space availability at time of booking and minimum advance reservations requirements may apply. Black-out dates and restrictions apply.
The random drawing will be conducted by Oh My Darlin’ Flowers and Finds, whose decisions on all matters relating too drawing and winners are final and binding and will be announced on Oh My Darlin’ Instagram Page.
Oh My Darlin’ Flowers and Finds reserve the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to give -away any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, they will be disqualified, and another eligible entrant may be selected by random draw as a potential prize winner until such time as an entrant satisfied the terms set out herein and the prize is awarded.
Except where prohibited by law or regulation, by submitting an entry, entrant grants Oh My Darlin’ Flowers and Finds a perpetual, royalty-free license to use his/her name, photograph, voice, and likeness in connection with the promotions, and entrants waive any and all claims and/or rights to receive any royalties or other compensation for Oh My Darlin’ Flowers and Finds use thereof, unless prohibited by law. Entrants’ information that Oh My Darlin’ Flowers and Finds collects will not be disclosed to third parties.
By entering this Promotion, you consent to Oh My Darlin’ Flowers and Finds disclosure of your Personal Information internally so that you may be contacted to subscribe to our e-newsletters and notified about special offers and services offered by Oh My Darlin’ Flowers and Finds. The submission of an entry is solely the responsibility of the entrant. Only eligible entries received within each Entry Period will be included in the prize drawings.
